HSW™: Chrome Plated Bar at High Workability
WINTRADE has developed HSW™*, a chrome plated bar in high speed steel with extraordinary workability that allows for a fast and precise turning, an easy drilling of holes in short times even in case of high depths. An extremely reliable product that guarantees cost reduction thanks to productivity optimization decreased working time and higher tools life. Laboratory tests have demonstrated significant improvements in turning, drilling and a 50% increase in the tools life. For this, HSW™* does not need any machine supervision. The cost reduction of the total production has been shown to be about 34%. Normative standard EN 10088.
